My other home sweet home

What could be better than sandy baby toes?

Growing up in so-cal means day trips to the beach building sand castles and dancing with waves, finding seashells and sand crabs, spotting dolphins jumping afar and baby sharks underfoot. My kids will have memories of feeding dolphins and sea lions, holding starfish and touching stingrays. They have already spent the night on the beach, with the crashing waves as their lullabies. Soon they will kayak and snorkel in the ocean coves, and perhaps learn to surf. They have everything I wished I had growing up at their fingertips. It is a sweet home, indeed.
